PARENTAL BULLETIN – 15 DECEMBER 2023

MESSAGE FROM THE HEADTEACHER

Dear Parents/Carers,

….and just like that, please find attached the final parent bulletin of 2023, marking the end of a long but successful Autumn Term at Trinity. This week my highlights of the week have to be the two evening events that have taken place: the more able parents’ event and the annual Christmas concert. The more able parents’ evening was an evening where we launched our programme and pledge to ensure that our more able students thrive at Trinity. Our mission, as you know, is EXCELENCE FOR ALL and our educational provision must ensure that ALL learners receive an exceptional education. However, ensuring that more able students are challenged, stretched, and inspired is an area of our development plan that we have looked carefully at over the past few months and we hope our more able learners enjoy the programme that we have devised. The Christmas concert saw some of our most talented performers showcasing their talents with a festive twist. It is one of my favourite evenings of the year and I am always blown away by our performers, who wowed the audience with their talents.

Last week we also held a Christmas jumper day to raise money for our house charities. I thought it would be nice for parents/carers to be aware of our chosen charities. They are all charities that have been selected by our students and have significance for different reasons. They are:

  • Action for Humanity Home | Action For Humanity who deliver critical emergency aid, life-saving sustenance and urgent medical care to those in desperate need in a range of projects across different countries.

We will continue to fundraise for these charities throughout the year.

Next week is our final week at school and we will finish on a high for sure. Please ensure your children attend well and look immaculate for the last week and I look forward to writing to you one final time in 2023 as part of the Autumn Term newsletter.
