MESSAGE FROM THE HEADTEACHER

Dear Parents and Carers,

Year 13 had their Leavers’ Prom in school on Wednesday and this is a year group who truly ‘got stuck in’ throughout their time at Trinity and who truly embodying the HEART values. Mr Petit presented awards to the group and shared photos of the students from first and middle school. We reminisced about the efforts that the students have gone to during their time at Trinity and we are crossing everything that they achieve the grades to passport them to the higher education destinations of their choice in September.

In terms of our Broadening Horizons curriculum, this week our cadets represented us at the Redditch VE Day commemorations, we celebrated the graduation of our Brilliant Club members, and we ran the usual raft of extra-curricular clubs and events which were well attended.

Every week, we remind parents/carers and politely ask that you work with us to ensure that your child is in school every day, unless they are extremely unwell or there are other exceptional circumstances. We would also ask that you work with us to ensure they arrive well ahead of 8.40am and that they present to school each day in immaculate school uniform. If you would like support or guidance with any of these things, please speak to the relevant Head of Year or Pastoral Manager and we will be happy to support you. If we make any adjustments this summer term in our uniform due to hot weather conditions, we will let you know. However, for now, students should wear full school uniform, but they are welcome to remove their blazer in class.

I am looking forward to sharing news from around the school next week.

Mr Ford
