PASTORAL MANAGER – ISOLATION (TEMPORARY)
We are seeking a highly capable and dedicated Temporary Pastoral Manager – Isolation to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our isolation provision. The role involves overseeing the effective running of the isolation room, ensuring students complete meaningful work, follow clear routines, and are supported to reflect on their behaviour and reintegrate successfully into lessons.
