Year 12 cooking up a storm!

Year 12 have been working on their high level cooking skills this term on the Level 3 Diploma in Food Science & Nutrition. They have produced a range of delicious dishes which include Chicken Katsu Curry, Decorative Focaccia Breads, Lemon Possets with Short Bread Biscuits and Chocolate Fondants with Chocolate Soil and Caramel Sauce, all made from scratch of course!
