Year 11 Fish Masterclass
Our Year 11 Hospitality & Catering students have had their first in a series of masterclasses and they are keen to do more!
The class involved filleting, deboning, skinning and then battering some fresh sea bass.
Hopefully we’ll see some of them use these skills in their practical exams in a couple of months time.
