Year 10 Kitchen Takeover at HoW College
Today 20 of our Year 10 Hospitality & Catering Students took over the catering department to deliver a lunch service to parents, teachers and our Head Teacher, Mr Ford. This was to help the students understand how a professional restaurant system works.
10 students ran the restaurant, 10 produced all the food in the kitchen, and they should all be really proud of the wonderful food they prepared, cooked and served. Their work ethic was superb and everything was completed with smiles on their faces!
