Year 10 Futsal
The Year 10 boys travelled to Saint Augustine’s for a futsal tournament against the hosts and Tudor Grade on Wednesday, 19th April. Futsal (the 5-aside, indoor version of the game we know and love so well) is a fast and furious game with teams paying multiple matches of 5 minutes of non-stop football.
Trinity started slowly in the first round of games but grew into the tournament and it all came down to a winner-takes-all clash vs Saints. Unfortunately for Trinity, Saints came out on top and took the overall win on the night by a 1 game margin. There were too many goal-scorers to recount but Max deserves an honourable mention for his standout performance in goa,l which is no easy task in indoor football!
