Year 10 & 11 Child Development Cooking Practicals

Last week saw the first half of our Year 10 & 11 Child Development students showcasing their culinary skills in the kitchen. As part of their course students were tasked with developing a nutritional two-course meal that ‘Little Blooms Nursery’ could include on their menu for their 3 and 4 year olds. Both year groups produced detailed investigations to develop the best possible two course meal for the nursery.

We look forward to seeing the rest of the groups cooking up a storm next week.
