World Challenge Part VI

After a thundery night and breakfast at a local restaurant by the sea front, we all went to the turtle centre. We did a clean-up of the turtle hatcheries and then we excavated some where the hatchlings had hatched. We had to count how many eggs were left un-hatched and how many had hatched; a couple of us even found live hatchings that would later be released!
For lunch we went to the same restaurant we had eaten our breakfast in and then headed off to make some Malay curry puffs that were full of flavour! Sulong took us back to the community hall where we all participated in doing some batik paintings. We then had one last dip in the sea, some decided to sit on the beach and a few played volleyball in the sea with one of the locals. A couple of us then cooked dinner, which was a great way to end the last few days!
