Sustainable art
On Wednesday the 30th November Year 12 Enrichment students explored the concept of sustainability and how we as artists can do our bit to raise awareness. Students investigated how we, as individuals, impact on our surroundings and how our actions are affecting the planet as a whole.
Did you know that we throw away a staggering 1.6 billion plastic pens each year?! During our investigation we put our pens to good use working on reused and found materials to produce a collaborative image. It is amazing what you can achieve when you work together!
