SEND Multi Skills Sports Event
On Friday 14th February, we hosted the very first SEND multi-skills sport event at Trinity High School. Our Year 9 sports team competed against 8 other Redditch schools in a range of activities and challenges, from table cricket to archery, from curling to skittles.
Our Year 9 students had to work as a team to complete each challenge, with points awarded for their impressive scores, times and distances. We would like to congratulate the team for showing great determination, team spirit and resilience, even when the challenges were proving very difficult at times.
We would also like to thank our Year 10, 11 and 13 Sports Leaders, who set up, ran and coached all the teams through the challenges on the day. They demonstrated exceptional leadership skills throughout the afternoon and without them the event would not have been such a massive success.
We look forward to hosting next year’s SEND Multi Skills Sports Event.
