Redditch Youth Engagement Project
On Friday 24th May Y9 & 10 students took part in the Redditch Youth Engagement Project. The students participated in a range of activities including: indoor football led by Up Foundation, BMXing led by the Redditch Skate Park instructors and bootcamp exercises lead by the Abbey Stadium instructors.
The project was set up to encourage all teenagers in the Redditch area to use sport and exercise as a way of making the right lifestyle choices. The students will now have the opportunity to join one of the many clubs/activities on offer in the local area, for free and attend on a regular basis.
Thank you to Public Health England and Worcestershire Schools Games for funding and organising a fantastic event.
