Redditch Basketball Club Tournament
On Monday 10th March our Year 9 girls played in the Redditch Schools Basketball Tournament 2025. The girls fought hard and defended strong as a team. Their work rate was excellent throughout the tournament and they never gave up, even when the score didn’t go their way. But what really shone through, and had a special mention from the referees, was their fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship.
Well done to our girls , Abby, Summer, Aniya, Fran, Yu-Xin, Julia, Tiia, Kayla and Bella for coming 4th overall in the competition.
A massive thank you to the Redditch Basketball Club for organising and hosting this Years Girls Basketball Tournament, we can’t wait for next year’s competition.
If your child is interested in joining the Redditch Basketball Club, the development centre and training is on every Saturday morning, 9-10am, at Arrow Vale High School.
