NHS NextGen Nurses Careers Workshop
On Thursday 26th January 50 of our Year 10 Health and Social Care and Child Development students were lucky enough to take part in an NHS NextGen Nurses Careers Workshop facilitated by The Talent Foundry.
Students heard from and asked questions to experienced nurses and midwives about their careers and memorable experiences they have had over the years. Students were then given the chance to have a go at some of the tasks nurses and midwives do in their daily roles. Students left the workshop full of new knowledge and inspired to consider a career within the Healthcare sector.
