Languages trip to University of Birmingham
On Tuesday 31st January, Miss Nicholson, Miss Roberts and Mr Petit took 25 Year 10 Languages students to the University of Birmingham. They had a fantastic tour of the campus in the sunshine, listened intently to talks about applying to university and studying languages and had a go at a beginners Russian lesson. They all enjoyed a delicious free lunch too! They were all very glad of the opportunity to learn more about higher education and, in particular, how languages open so many doors.
