Inspiratus Christmas Baking
Students from Inspiratus have been visiting the food room every week to build their skills and to cook different products. The last two weeks we have focused on Christmas baking, making stained glass biscuits last week and Christmas Yule logs filled with butter icing and topped with a ganache this week.
Well done to everyone, we had some great results!
