House Cricket!
On Wednesday 15th May, we held our house cricket competition. We have had cricket club since the start of this term and have consistently got very high numbers.
We kicked off with Malvern batting first and some very good shots at the end of the innings from Hadley got them up to a respectable score of 41 in 10 overs. This included a massive six from Hadley that cleared the whole Astro! Fantastic bowling efforts from Fin (Kinver) and Harry (Bredon) during this innings.
In the second innings, a combination of Kinver and Bredon couldn’t quite reach 41. Nevertheless, this included some fantastic shots from Ali (Kinver) and a great pull shot from Courtney (Bredon).
Bowling highlights for Malvern were 2 wickets in a row for Chris and a wicket off his final ball for Riley.
