Great start to Year 10 Hospitality and Catering
Students have been learning lots of new and complex skills since starting in September. Creating fruit jalousies with caramelised fruit, challenging themselves with the choice of shapes and this week they have made their own puff pastry and made products with it. Great work and and we are very proud of them!
