Football referees of the future!
On Tuesday, 24th October, some of our budding football referees were asked to lead the officiating at the Year 7 Girls’ District Football Tournament. The girls were a credit to the school and we received amazing feedback from the middle school teachers about how well the girls had done.
After an exciting evening of games Churchhill beat St Bedes 2-0 in the final.
Thank you to Olivia, Taylor, Ruby, Hayley and Hollie for committing to more and facilitating the tournament, ensuring that the Year 7s had a competitive, yet enjoyable evening! Well done, you were all fantastic!
