Fiesta Junior Championships for Trinity student, Josh Jarvis!
Wow what a weekend for one of our students, Josh Jarvis, at Silverstone for the final round of the Fiesta junior championships!
Friday Practice.
Sessions 1,2, and 3 went really well, getting lap times within 1.5 seconds of the leader.
Session 4 the engine unexpectedly blew up. JamSport Racing team spent all night fitting a new engine ready for Saturday.
Saturday.
Josh started the day with Qualifying but only managed 3 laps and the head gasket blew. Another late night for the team fitting a new head to the engine ready for Sunday.
Sunday
Nobody knew what to expect after 2 terrible days,
Josh had to start the race from the back of the grid and drove his heart out to finish in 3rd place in his class. What a great podium finish!
It just goes to show that you should never give up.
