CHRISTMAS BAKING
Year 9’s have been making festive trees with chocolate and puff pastry. In the interest of being environmentally friendly, the offcuts were used to make croissants, which students tended to take for break.
Year 10’s made gingerbread cookies, which they then iced to make look like reindeer, requiring a lot of skill and patience, whilst listening to Christmas songs.
All the students did really well and had fun!
