Year 11 netball

Last Wednesday (11th) October saw the year 11 girls take to the court for their first netball tournament of the year. Despite having minimal training sessions this year because of their dedication to attending passport for success, the girls played fantastically, coming 3rd. Frejya was awarded player of the match in game 1 for her amazing interceptions and marking at GK. Kaitlyn was our player of the match for game 2, having changed position to C where she made some fantastic interceptions. Ruby took player for game 3 for putting into practice what she learned on the netball tour in Holland and excellently spinning off her defender to put herself into space. Well done to all the girls involved; Frejya, Izzy, Maesi, Lexie, Kaitlyn, Ruby and Lily!
