Hospitality and Catering
A group of our Hospitality & Catering Trip to HoW College yesterday for a tour around their professional kitchen and restaurant.
We all learnt a lot about commercial equipment, kitchen flow and how to set up the front of house. The students also got to do some chocolate piping and a spice test!
