Fish masterclass!

On Tuesday, 24th October, a group of our Year 11 food students took part in a fish masterclass after school as part of their preparation for the cooking exams at the end of November.
On the menu was a very posh version of scampi using lovely tiger prawns, battered fish using sea bass and sea trout preparation as it’s one of the hardest fish to fillet.
Well done for taking part and committing to more.
