Anyone for fish and chips?

On Tuesday after school, some year 11 Hospitality & Catering students took part in a fish masterclass in order to prepare for their cooking exam later this year.
They filleted sea bream, made a superb batter and a wonderful tartare sauce from scratch, all high level skills that will give them access to the highest grades in this subject.
Great job by all, much tastier than the fish down the chippy!
