Bordesley MAT was formed in May 2019, consisting of Holyoakes Field First School, Birchensale Middle School and Trinity High School. We are also currently exploring the possibility of a second middle school in Redditch joining the MAT.
We are looking for a competent Clerk and Company Secretary with excellent secretarial, typing and word processing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in minute taking and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels is desirable.
In order to promote and ensure consistency of communication throughout the Trust, the appointed person will act as Clerk to the Board of Trustees, all Trust committees and the Local Governing Boards (LGB’s) of the BMAT schools.
Responsibilities and tasks listed in the attached job description apply to all of the above, but for ease are referred to as “the Trust”. There will also be an opportunity to offer additional administrative support to Trinity High School within the 25 hours per week contract.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Progress Assistant, who has the skills and ability to demonstrate an understanding of supporting and guiding students in their learning.
The post is within our SEND Department where you will be joining a successful team dedicated to helping and supporting students with special needs to achieve their full potential during their time at Trinity High School. As part of the role you will be required to work closely with all departments and stakeholders to deliver high quality support to all students on the SEND register.
The successful applicant will be required to work with our SEND students and deliver high quality support to them. Teamwork is an essential part of this role as you will be required to work across all curriculum areas.
